When using the cloud side of the BlackVue app, you will see the screen on the right when you select your camera from the cameras list, and you might see this show 'You haven't driven today yet' even if you have driven your vehicle. This section is part of the cloud features, so if your camera is not fully cloud-connected, this will not populate any information in this section, which can cause this seemingly conflicting information. If you are using your camera on the BlackVue cloud, ensure that your camera is cloud-connected while driving, and also ensure that your camera is obtaining a GPS signal (the blue GPS LED on your camera should be illuminated when this has a GPS signal). |
