Unfortunately, once you've created a BlackVue cloud account, you can't change or update the email address associated with it. To use a different email address, you'll have to delete your camera from the list, and then create a new account with the new email address. To delete your camera, click on the three dots next to your camera name, and select 'Delete'. After that, you can delete your cloud account by going to the 'Profile' tab at the bottom right. Click on 'More' at the top of the page, then head into 'App Settings', and finally, select 'Delete account'. Once your account is deleted, you can create a new account with your new email address if you want to continue using the BlackVue cloud.

If you are not using the BlackVue cloud, and you just want to be able to connect directly to your camera when you are nearby, once you have deleted your cloud account, instead of creating a BlackVue cloud account, you can use the 'Connect locally only? Wi-Fi Mode option instead which does not require an account to be created and will not present you with any cloud prompts or offers.
