You can delete your BlackVue cloud account in the BlackVue app by going to the 'Profile' tab at the bottom right. Click on 'More' at the top of the page, then head into 'App Settings', and finally, select 'Delete account'. This will confirm if you wish to delete your account before proceeding.

You can also delete your BlackVue cloud account through the BlackVue cloud web viewer. To do this, log in to your BlackVue cloud account on the login page here. Once logged in to your account, up the top right click on your profile, then select 'Account' In here you can then select 'Delete account'. This will confirm if you wish to delete your account before proceeding.
