Warranty
All BlackVue accessories purchased in Australia from authorised BlackVue dealers come with a 2-year limited hardware warranty from the original date of purchase.
In the unlikely event you experience a hardware fault with your accessory, it is best to contact your original retailer directly, or alternatively you can contact our support team directly on support@blackvue.com.au or by calling us on 1300 967 777 Monday-Friday 9am-3pm (AWST). You can also raise a warranty claim with us directly below.
Access Point Names (APN) (AU)
When setting up your CM100GLTE/CM100LTE for the BlackVue cloud, you will need to enter the APN for your SIM card carriers mobile network. A compiled list of common APN names for Australian mobile network providers can be found below. If your carriers APN name is not listed below, please contact your network carrier to find their APN name:
