Before You Start
Members:
People who manage or operate dash cams. Roles include:
- Owner: Full control over the account, members, groups and dash cams.
- Admin: Can manage multiple groups and their dash cams (not limited to one group).
- Driver: Assigned to dash cams, with limited access.
Groups:
Used to organise members and dash cams by team, location, or other structure.
- Each group can have multiple Admins.
- There is no limit on the number of Drivers that can be assigned per group or per dash cam.
- A dash cam can belong to multiple groups at the same time.
Get Started in 3 Easy Steps
1. Invite Members and Assign Roles
1. Go to Members > Invite Member.
2. Enter the member's email address.
3. Select a role: Admin or Driver
4. Click Send Invite.
Note: Both Owners and Admins can invite Admins. Admins can also remove Admins they invited. There is no limit on how many Admins can be invited.
2. Create a Group
- Go to Groups > Add Group.
- Enter a Group Name.
- Click Add.
Note: Both Owners and Admins can create, rename and delete groups.
3. Assign Dash Cams and Drivers
Select the group you want to manage.
Add one or more Admins to the group (multiple Admins supported).
Add dash cams to the group. Both Owners and Admins can register or delete dash cams.
Assign Drivers to dash cams. Any number of Drivers can be assigned.
