Warranty
All BlackVue cameras purchased in Australia from authorised BlackVue dealers come with a 2-year limited hardware warranty from the original date of purchase, with the option to register your purchase for an additional year of warranty for free via the link below (3-years total).
In the unlikely event you experience a hardware fault with your camera, you can contact your original retailer or raise a warranty or out of warranty claim with us below.

Button |
Wi-Fi / Format button: Press once to turn on/off Wi-Fi. Press and hold for 5 seconds and once voice commands start, release the button. Then press once again to reset the Wi-Fi SSID and password or press and hold for 5 seconds to format the microSD card. Proximity sensor: Touching the proximity sensor turns on/off audio recording or triggers manual recording depending on the firmware settings. |
