Warranty
All BlackVue cameras purchased in Australia from authorised BlackVue dealers come with a 2-year limited hardware warranty from the original date of purchase, with the option to register your purchase for an additional year of warranty for free via the link below (3-years total).
In the unlikely event you experience a hardware fault with your camera, you can contact your original retailer or raise a warranty or out of warranty claim with us below.
Access Point Names (APN) (AU)
When setting up your DR970X-2CH LTE Plus II camera for the BlackVue cloud, you will need to enter the APN for your SIM card carriers mobile network. A compiled list of common APN names for Australian mobile network providers can be found below. If your carriers APN name is not listed below, please contact your network carrier to find their APN name:
