Warranty
All BlackVue cameras purchased in Australia from authorised BlackVue dealers come with a 2-year limited hardware warranty from the original date of purchase, with the option to register your purchase for an additional year of warranty for free via the link below (3-years total).
In the unlikely event you experience a hardware fault with your camera, you can contact your original retailer for assistance or raise an RMA with us directly below.
Access Point Name (APN) (AU)
When setting up your DR750-2CH LTE camera for the BlackVue cloud, you will need to enter the APN for your SIM card carriers mobile network. Note - the DR750-2CH LTE is only compatible with the Vodafone network in Australia:

Format button: Press and hold for 5 seconds and once voice commands start, release the button. Then press and hold for 5 seconds again to format the microSD card. Wi-Fi button: Press once and Voice commends start to turn on/off Wi-Fi.
