Cloud plan subscriptions (excluding Fleet Plan) are managed through your account on either the App Store or Google Play Store on your device. To cancel your subscription, this will need to be done through the respective channel - this cannot be done via the BlackVue app.

To cancel a BlackVue Fleet Plan subscription, this can be done either in your PayPal account or on the BlackVue Cloud website (www.blackvuecloud.com) on the Payments & Subscriptions page.
