Cloud plan subscriptions (excluding FLEETA users) are managed through your account on either the App Store or Google Play Store on your device. To cancel your subscription, this will need to be done through the respective channel - this cannot be done via the BlackVue app.

To cancel a BlackVue FLEETA subscription, this can be done either in your PayPal account or on the FLEETA Cloud website (https://app.fleeta.io/) on the Payments & Subscriptions page.
