If you are experiencing issues with logging in to the BlackVue app, it may be because you have already created a BlackVue account previously.
When you first log in to the BlackVue app and create an account, this can be done using one of three options: 'Continue with Apple' 'Continue with Google' 'Continue with Email' Whichever option you use initially to create your account, you will need to use this option every time in future when logging in. You will not be able to use other log in options for the same email.
If you use the 'Continue with Apple' or 'Continue with Google' log in option, this uses your Apple or Google account on your device to log in. As such, for accounts that uses these options, you will not be able to reset your Apple or Google account password through the BlackVue app - you must do this through Apple or Google. |
