The BlackVue app is compatible with most modern phones, allowing them to connect to your BlackVue camera. However, certain phone models are unfortunately not compatible with the BlackVue app or BlackVue cameras for various reasons.
Generally for a phone to connect to your BlackVue camera, it must run a 64-bit operating system and be capable of native playback of your camera's image resolution. However, there may be other additional limiting factors, such as operating system requirements, etc.
Some phone models may be able to connect to your camera but might not be able to natively play back the video files due to lacking the required hardware to process this.
