The BlackVue app requires an active internet connection to access all features, until you are prompted to connect directly to your camera. If the app is unable to access the internet, you will be prompted with the 'Not connected to the internet' error message below.
Check that your device has not automatically connected to your BlackVue camera's Wi-Fi network, as this is not internet connected.
If you have already added your camera to the BlackVue app, you can proceed to 'Use Offline Mode' to connect directly to your camera if internet is not available, however while in offline mode you will only have access to limited features and you will not be able to add a camera until you connect to the internet again.
While in offline mode, if you connect your phone to an internet source, tap the blue reload button at the top right of the page to refresh the app.
