If your BlackVue Battery pack is powering on but not outputting power to your camera, there are a few things to check for that could be causing this:
- Ensure that all connectors going into the battery pack and your camera are fully plugged in.
- Ensure that there is no visible damage to any cables or connectors.
- Check the fuses between the battery pack and your camera.
- Test your camera with an alternative power source to verify the camera is not the issue.
If all of the above has been verified correctly, then it would likely point towards an internal fault with the battery pack that is causing this issue, and your battery pack will likely need to be sent to us for further assessment.
