Depending on your battery model will depend on whether you can connect to this via the BlackVue app. The B-112 battery pack does not have built-in Bluetooth and is therefore unable to be accessed via the BlackVue app, however, the B-130A, B-130X and B-124X models do have built-in Bluetooth and should be able to be accessed via the Battery function of the BlackVue app when you are nearby your battery. If you are unable to find your battery pack in the app, ensure that you are within Bluetooth range of your battery (typically within 3 meters) and that the battery is powered on and is not flat. If your camera has powered off, this is a strong sign that your battery pack is flat and won't be able to be accessed until the vehicle is started and begins to recharge the battery. If the battery is confirmed to be powering on and you are still unable to find this in the app, ensure that your phone's Bluetooth is switched on, and also that the BlackVue app has permission to access Bluetooth. |

If, after all of the above steps you are still unable to find your battery, it could indicate a fault with the Bluetooth module in the battery pack. If your battery is under warranty, you can send this in to us for RMA to be inspected further. To submit an RMA, please use our online form here: https://www.blackvue.com.au/rma/
