When you want your BlackVue camera to record 24/7, it's important to consider the limitations of the power supply needed to keep the camera running in parking mode. Since the camera is an electronic device, it needs constant power to monitor and record any motion or events that might occur while your vehicle is parked. Unlike a home CCTV system that has access to mains power, a camera installed in a vehicle is limited by the amount of power that can be stored for it to use.

An external BlackVue battery pack such as a B-112 or a B-130X can be a great addition to your BlackVue setup to provide additional time in parking mode, however, it is important to note that as there is still a limited storage capacity and this might not be able to provide full 24/7 coverage.
