If your BlackVue battery is not powering on, for B-124X and B-130X battery packs, ensure that the switch on the battery has not been switched to the 'Off' position. If this is correct, the next place to check would be the fuses in the wiring that is feeding power to the battery pack - if this has blown, the fuse will need to be replaced. It is also best to inspect the wiring for any signs of damage that might cause this to short circuit and blow the fuse.
Once the fuses have been checked, if this continues to fail to power on, ensure that there is power at the source of where the battery pack is wired.
If everything above checks out, then this likely indicates that there is an internal fault with the battery pack and this may need to be sent to us for further assessment. Please use our Submit a request page for this if required.
