If you can't find your camera's Wi-Fi network on your device's network settings, check the following:
- Make sure you are within 5-7 meters of your camera.
- Ensure that your camera is powered on (it may power down in parking mode).
- Check if your camera's Wi-Fi is switched on (most models have a Wi-Fi button on the side of the camera next to the cable(s)).
If you've checked all of the above and still can't see your camera's Wi-Fi network, you may need to manually update your camera's firmware to the latest version to fix this issue. Please refer to our written guides here on how to do this.
