If your camera is showing the message 'No SD card,' it means that the camera is unable to detect the SD card inserted in the SD card tray. This could be due to the following reasons:
|
|
When inserting the SD card into your camera, make sure it slides in easily. If you feel resistance, you might be inserting it the wrong way. Avoid applying too much pressure as this can damage the SD card and the data stored on it.
If the SD card is inserted correctly and you've tried another SD card with the same result, the issue might be with the camera's SD card tray, which may need repair. You can arrange for this by visiting our Submit a Request page.
If you require any assistance, please contact our support team on 1300 967 777 Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (AWST) or via our Contact Us page.
Note: Physical damage caused to the SD card by the end user such as shown above is not covered under warranty as warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults.
