Your BlackVue camera's serial number will be printed on the bottom of the original camera box, as well as being printed on a sticker on the neck of the front camera itself.

The serial number on the front camera is only visible when the camera is removed from the mount. To remove your front camera from the mount, you will firstly need to unplug any cable(s) from the side of the camera. Once unplugged, follow the image to the right to release your camera from the mount by pressing and holding the lock button.
