The BlackVue cloud, like all cloud services is internet based, and requires the camera to be able to access the internet.
In order to successfully connect your camera to the BlackVue cloud to access the full features, the camera requires a constant internet connection at all times, including while you are away from the vehicle. To do this you will need either a BlackVue CM100GLTE cloud connectivity module (if compatible with your camera model) with a 4G data enabled SIM card inserted from any Australian telco provider (excluding Belong), or alternatively you will need a 3rd party Wi-Fi hotspot such as a portable Wi-Fi hotspot dongle that can be left with the camera at all times. These are usually available from telco providers.
