If your BlackVue is continuously restarting after being initially powered on, it could be due to an issue with the microSD card or there may be some corrupt files on the microSD card. Please format the microSD card using the BlackVue app (if supported by your camera mode) or format this using the BlackVue Viewer program in a computer and re-insert the SD card back into the camera.

If this problem re-occurs and is not fixed by formatting the card, you can try testing your camera with a replacement formatted SD card. If the issue still continues to persists, please send your unit back for a warranty repair.
