If your camera is only connecting to the BlackVue cloud when your vehicle is at home, this likely indicates that you have connected your camera to the BlackVue cloud using your home Wi-Fi network. There is nothing wrong with having this set up using a home Wi-Fi network, however, it is important to note the limitations of this setup as your camera will only be able to access the cloud when this is within range of your home Wi-Fi network. To successfully connect your camera to the BlackVue cloud with a compatible BlackVue camera to access the full features, the camera requires a constant internet connection at all times, including while you are away from the vehicle.
