Once you reach the Playback/Download limits for your selected cloud plan, you will be unable to access these features via the cloud until your limits reset, or until you upgrade your plan. You can check your plan limits under the 'Account' tab in the BlackVue App.
Note: this does not affect Live-view and playback/download via direct Wi-Fi connections to your camera.
Plan limits will reset based on the date/time that you first sign up and create your BlackVue account.
