If you are trying to register your camera for the BlackVue cloud, and this shows that your camera has already been registered, you will not be able to link this to your account until this has been removed from the account that this is currently linked to. This might mean you have previously used an old email address or used a different login method in the BlackVue app such as 'Continue with Apple' or 'Continue with Google'. Alternatively, if you have purchased your camera second-hand, this may still be linked to the previous owner's account which will prevent you from adding this to your account. Not to worry, even if this is the case, the previous owner will rarely be able to access your camera, it simply means this is locked to their account.
